Alas, these battles are not actually happening online. I run a wired connection, as I mentioned before, and I’m still having issues. I used to have my own wifi router that seems to have been misplaced during several moves and I don’t feel like breaking into any of the ones around here. That’s just not nice, see. This means I am not online and cannot trade for the Pokemon I so desperately want! This makes me sad :(
The Wii has a wired connector I could buy but that only solves one of my two problems and running a dedicated XP system to get my DS online seems, uh, excessive. I’ll figure it out after this extremely busy weekend coming up. I’m not moving this weekend but very soon and there’s lots of work to do beforehand.

Are you staying in the Toronto area, or are you moving to a new local? Either way, moving is a stressful, unfun experience…
