		<description>My body, left to it&#039;s own devices will go to sleep ~4am and wake up whenever it&#039;s done sleeping, usually 9 hours total per night.

With school and work though it&#039;s closer to 2am - 10am sleeping.

I found out that a melatonin supplement really helps out with shifting sleep schedules, it only took me a week to shift back to non-vampiric hours and once I got there I didn&#039;t need the supplement anymore. Maybe it&#039;s just the placebo effect.</description>

		<description>being on uni holidays for 3 months and in the absence of a job my habits have been bad. Waking up at 10ish and normally not going to sleep until about 1/2am. 

I can&#039;t wait for university to start back up again so i can get a routine happening...</description>
