		<description>So apparently building management just sucks, the whole world over. I&#039;m in Australia and they pretty much ignorantly do things just like that over here too. It can sometimes be entertaining, though. My favorite is the annual termite inspection where I currently live. Everyone in the building has to be present to easily facilitate access for the pest inspector. 

The building contains no wood. Every year the pest guy quizzically makes this discovery and wonders aloud why he&#039;s here (always a different guy).</description>

		<description>What&#039;s the matter with them? Home is sacred, you don&#039;t piss people off where they live, not if a) you want to continue taking their money and b) you value your peace of mind.  

Sympathies re: the heat.  I&#039;m in a basement apartment and it&#039;s STILL not cool enough for my liking - mainly because the thermostat for central heating is beyond my control, but I digress.</description>
