The Buffyverse comics are everything a fan could want in a story continuation. Written by the actual show writers from a story bible by Joss Whedon. I am biased however since I consider Buffy and Angel the best show that has ever and probably will ever be on. The only thing that could ruin it is if it gets unexpectedly canceled. AGAIN!

TheEggplant: The Buffy comic is good? I didn't get into the show until the very end so I didn't have much of a grasp on the history of the characters.

I'm taking a break from the supes for a bit. Flying through some Young Justice now. I really enjoy the humour of it. Go Impulse go.

all the supers are douchebags, especially superman. give me batman any day. also, i enjoy the mega-crossovers as they play such an integral part in the ongoing series later. i'd start with identity crisis and then go in order with the rest of the crises.
and yes, wikipedia is a god send for comic nerding.

As much as I am a continuity freak about movies after 70 years it's what kills comics for old fans and possible new fans alike. That and mega-crossovers which seem to be all the rage the last few years. I find myself going almost completely indie for my comics now days.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer rules all.
