A poor decision makes a bad day worse. Long day of work followed by the movie Blindness instead of, you know, gaming or watching something funny and/or uplifting. And I paid for it WITH MY SOUL. Ok, not really, I’m just a little sad but it will pass. Hopefully by tomorrow.
addition: holy hamburgers I really did just squeak this in before maintenance! I wonder if I am brave enough to go back and watch the extra scenes on the DVD…
Blindness (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0861689/) is indeed a ‘different’ movie, the powerplay of the other prisoners in the first half of the movie reminded me somehow on Animal Farm (1954). The supermarket scene whas realy weird to, dont want to spoil for other too, but people who saw it know what i mean.
I just saw that the other day on Ondemand. Left me in a depressed state of mind for a few hours.
Myself, I’d skip the extras. And I usually watch movies through again for the commentary.
Unless there are bloopers, that would have snapped me out of it. :)
