None of these ghosts actually appear in the Slime Dunk levels, but you need to have played Slime Dunk for them to show up for you in the other game types. Wee Slimer showed up for me in a Reading Room stage, I think Containment. I think any stage will work that has normal slimers show up in it. Polar Slimer is supposed to show up after you have done 20 slimer captures in each Slime Dunk stage or something like that. You are looking at the wrong page when you want to see your overall cash ranking. You are looking at the "Campaign Cash" screen, what you want is "Personal Cash". Next time you are on that screen, hit the Right Trigger to move to "Personal Cash", then keep going for rankings on each gametype.
