If someone asks if you are a god, you say, “yes!”

So I finally went and finished Ghostbusters. I played through the whole game on ‘experienced’ and the only part that really irked me was the last boss since the guys would all stand in a cluster and, thus, all die at the same time while I’m safely on the other side of the space. This forces me to run a very unfun gauntlet to hope that I get one or two of them back before I get taken out. Oh, and I had some weird scenery pieces pop up where they weren’t supposed to which blocked half of what I was supposed to be aiming at. Also unfun. But after a post-dinner break reboot those errors went away and the Ghostbusters triumphed yet again. Woo.

Then I went back and busted up some cars in Times Square before beating the game again with my $3 million dollars worth of damage. For the sake of expediency I fought on casual this time around and, my, what a joy that was to smack <END BOSS> around in seconds. I felt much better about the whole ‘misplaced scenery’ thing right after that.

My next in-game goals involve getting the rest of the artifacts, the water fountains, a few more ghost scans, and continuing to increase my multiplayer rank and funds. Later on I might go back and play through Professional, as well, but that’s not tops on my list. Man, I desperately wish this game had career co-op. Ray, I love you buddy, but running around with your head down shooting at my feet does not help either of us save the day :)
