This week was nuts and I hope not to have another one like it any time soon! Last night I finally got to do two things I hadn’t done all week: get in a bed, sleep for more than an hour. Yeah, one of those weeks. Grr. I got back home yesterday at 11pm and was dead to the world until 9am. I decided I could cheat and get in some more shut eye so I slept again until 2pm. Completely worth it since I had two unbelievably awesome dreams, w00t :)
- I went to my brother for a crash course in Economics before my quiz on Friday and rocked it with 100%. I still need to make notes on the first two chapters seeing as I’ve never ever taken any business courses before so several of my courses this semester are entirely new to me (Economics I, Business Math, Financial Accounting I) but he was kind enough to send me his review notes to help me along. I do wonder if the prof will make us rewrite the quiz though since 2 of the 8 questions were exactly the same, just with the lists in a different order.
- I may not be the world’s fastest leveller since my brother hit 60 and broke the recruit-a-friend exp bonuses but I do enjoy it. I can grind if I am truly in a hurry but I like questing and clearing whole areas at a time when possible so I’m only 47 but was exalted with Stormwind early so my Night Elf Druid was able to get her horse. Now I’m more than halfway through revered so I can get a Ram. Exodar rep can wait though since I think I’m gonna do Tanaris and Blasted Lands. I used to PvP a lot more but I haven’t been interested lately and I am severely undergeared since I only wear stuff I earn from quest rewards and drops. Instead of going Balance or Resto like I used to I’ve been tearing it up as a feral druid and I really enjoy it. I really like being able to smack things around that should be ripping me to shreds. My brother did convince me to start a Priest to help out him and his friend but I was so bored sitting back and healing that I probably won’t stick with it, even though that used to be what I loved. This may explain why my alt these days is a Hunter. I had only played one to 25 before and that was what used to bore me to tears, now I love her and my tamed Mangeclaw. I’m still a little fuzzy on how to teach my pet new stuff but I’ve been working more on my Druid so I have time to let her rest more and read up on it.
- I logged in just to check my in-game mail this morning and I was thrilled to see that I went from 744g (since I just spent 60g on training since I forgot for a few levels) to 1073g. I love the auction house. I was able to sell the Spirewind Fetter for 100g and Tigerbane for 30g to the same person and herbalism has been a nice cash cow for me on the Anvilmar server. Stacks of bruiseweed and blindweed and fadeleaf tend to go for arount 40g per with purple lotus selling individually for 3g each. Stranglekelp is hit and miss and there are runs on it and then a quiet stretch when the price tanks. While I haven’t been spending it on anything lately aside from training and giving my brother’s pally whatever he needs I’m sure it will come in handy when I eventually hit 55 and start up a Death Knight. I know everyone and their grandmother has one but I think it’ll be fun :)
- in other non-WoW news so far the results from my physical have been very good and I don’t need new glasses either. I thought I’d get yelled at for my diet during the uni strike last semester and, of course, over Christmas but it didn’t hurt me too much at all, phew.
- And today is the day I will be pruning my Live friend list and making room for new people. Again, I’m really sorry about the crappy 100 person limit :(

Hunter pet training is stupid easy now, I play an 80 NightElf Hunter myself. The days of taming various beasts for pet skills is gone they now have talent trees. So they have talentpoints just like you do now. As for other skills like Growl which are not earned through talents they automatically go up in rank when your pet levels up.
