woooooooo, snow!!

by Jenn on Monday, December 22, 2008

I’ve been offline a lot lately: I utterly failed at getting Microsoft to cancel my Live subscription, I moved out of the dorms, got a new fridge and completely sick 37-inch Sharp Aquos 1080p tv a early (and only!) Christmas gifts, and took a picture I’d been unsuccessfully trying to take for years.

Nikki in the snow

I have been cheating, though. Since I’m at my parents for the holidays I’ve barely updated my twitter let alone checked on my seemingly abandoned blog and what my friends have been up to. I wish I could say I went back to reading or gaming but I just slept a ton and shovelled a whole lot of snow. Eventually I remembered that my Dad had a snowblower so now I just shovel walkways and other awkward to reach places. This saves me a lot of grief and frostbite but Nikki, obviously, loves it. I’m absolutely thrilled that we’re definitely having a white Christmas this year and I can’t wait to see the whole family again on Christmas Eve. I love living in Windsor for school but that does make it tricky to visit folks in TO since I often get too wrapped up in my own schedule and goings-on.

I hope everyone else is having a wonderful holiday season, online or off, and I can’t wait to hear stories from you guys all about the crazy stuff that only happens when family gets together ^_^

edit: no update for 17 days?!?! geez, that’s a lot of sleep.

Hello

Congratulations on the new Flat Panel, your really going to enjoy that, especially gaming on it. Going to be pretty quiet around here for Christmas, don’t have much for family left, just not the same without the folks….

I’m playing Dragon Warrior VII at the moment, never did play it and have had the game for years…

Anyway, have a fun holiday Miss Cutter:)

Awww.. Too cute! Merry Christmas – hope everyone was able to get together, in spite of the white stuff!
