Since I’ve never had the pleasure of doing an adventure race a question if you don’t mind? I notice that your bike has platforms for pedals and the rest seem to be using cages. I.e. no clipless. Was that by choice or did you have no transition areas to change at?
Lyoko is Cool, you bet there was! Recap is finally posted.
While most of my teammates could give you a detailed explanation about why they picked their particular bike and pedal systems I was merely borrowing a bike. Man, I would have loved some cages instead of trying to keep my big feet on the tiny pedals that dug into the bottom of my foot! There were transition areas and some people, after running the first lap in their clip shoes, did decide to carry a pair of running shoes on subsequent laps. Glad you liked the pic :)
Who am I?
Jenn is probably best known for her regular appearances on Call For Help, Hak5, and OpenAlpha. Presently Jenn is completely thrilled that she has more time for all things gaming, geek, and hockey :)
You can follow her at twitter and last.fm if you are so inclined.
