one down, four to go

wooooooo!!! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

So tired. Yesterday was strangely productive for an exam day. I spent the morning in bed then had ‘breakfast’ with my friends around 2, went out with my brother briefly, ran through all the practice tests for my psychology/behavioural science class, wrote the exam at 7, actually cooked myself a real dinner, and then went to the gym for a short run.

My next exam isn’t until Wednesday at noon and while I appreciate the break I only hope that I spend it well. Today I woke up initially at 7 am but I think that was because I was startled by a noise. I’m never up at 7 on a Sunday. Not by choice, anyway. Next thing I know my alarm is going off at 10 and I promptly ignore it and sleep until 1:30. Whoops. I’m supposed to run 12k today but I’m not sure it’s going to happen. Not that I have anything more pressing to do today, mind you, but I miss running with my training partner and I’m running out of music to run to. Also, I was righteously chewed out by some friends earlier this week during an 8k jaunt since I didn’t time it well and it got dark as I was running back along the riverside all by myself. Not smart. So I know for 12k I’d need to leave somewhere in the vicinity of now just to give myself a nice window of what passes for daylight these days.

Aw, that was sweet. A friend whose head I nearly took off yesterday before ‘breakfast’ while I was still waking up after a sleepless night and thus in a supremely foul mood came by to make sure I was doing alright and he inadvertently supported a theory I had thus far been unable to prove to my friends at large. Stay tuned later this week for the continuing saga of “Temperature Wars” ;)

Hello Jenn, been watching you on old Canada call for help episodes. Just wanted to say Hi and tell you to hang in there with your University work. Its a long road but it will be worth it in the end…..

I’m Mr Sartori on the 360 if you’d like to add me sometime, would love to chat with you on there…

Thanks for the kind words, Steve :)

I’ll clear off some space on my friends list and add you on the 360.
