Did you know that grape Powerade is actually blue? I didn’t. When I looked in the mirror and noticed that my tongue was not the colour I expected I went and poured the remainder into a glass to see what was up. Mmmm, blue.

I really hate food colouring – it just can’t be good for us, and why bother in the first place if we never take a look at it?
