Alas, my awesome weekend of awesomeness is not to be. Yet. I will have to substitute it for a weekend of other miscellaneous fun stuff instead. Who puts a midterm on a Saturday anyway? Laaaaaame.
I wanted to pet my dogs, sleep in a huge bed, go see Leafs vs. Blackhawks, and sleep some more. Instead I have a midterm Friday evening and another at noon on Saturday. After that, however, methinks it is hardcore game time. Close the blinds order in some food and drinks and marathon a game or two kind of game time. I have been meaning to actually finish Half-Life and Half-Life 2 consecutively one of these days. Hmmm, but I have a crappy ancient wireless keyboard and mouse. I’m sure I have at least an Intellimouse in a drawer somewhere around here. I got talked out of getting Dewy’s Adventure so I put that pre-order towards Mario Galaxies instead. I need to find someone here in Windsor with Guitar Hero II (360) so I can borrow it for a weekend. Beautiful Katamari is out but I don’t have the funds for a new game right now and, of the two, I know I want the Mario game more. I do want to play through Rocket Slime again. It’s actually a tad more fun at the beginning when battles are at least a little closer because you’re not yet all-powerful due to HP upgrades. I need to stop talking about games now and get back to studying. Who puts a midterm on a Saturday??
